I had a disappointing experience with my Invisalign treatment at this office. 1. Poor Results – This is my second time experiencing tracking issues, and each time, the doctor simply reordered new sets without truly addressing the problem. Hygienist (Lee) was very thorough and knowledgeable.
I have only had one visit with Dr Pham and her wonderful staff thus far but it was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. The hygienist Ly was very kind and patient and thorough with my cleaning, and Dr Pham really took the time to look at my X-Rays and let me know exactly what was going on. She was able to provide 3D images of my teeth so I could follow along with her explanation of the X-Rays which was extremely helpful.
