I was in recently for a build up and a crown. It amazed me how organized Dr. Pham and her “team” were. They all work and coordinate in unison and pivot on a dime and can multitask to benefit the patient. Very impressive and always with a smile and kind and friendly.
I have been seeing Dr. Pham and her hygienists for several years now. My experience has always been 5-star. If special treatment is required, Dr. Pham is willing to listen and accommodate my concerns and wishes; i.e., she does not force her preferred treatment plan. The hygienists I have had are among the most thorough I have experienced. The receptionists are exceptionally courteous and will carefully calculate out of pocket expenses before major treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Pham and her practice.
Hands down one of the best dental clinic there is around Quicy/Milton area.
Every visit has been a great experience. All the work I've had done has been with quality and care. The team has assisted with last minute appointment changes and even emergency visits to help address the problems I've encountered. Will definitely stay with this team as long as I am in Boston.
The doctor is wonderful being who listen and always ready to address your concerns. She has a wonderful team that complement her efforts in dispensing a royal treatment that makes you forget your temporary pains that accompany resolving dental issues. Dental 1 is a place to be in resolving any dental related issues.
