John was my technician and he was timley, professional and personable. He educated me on the process and ultimately did a fantastic job on a sizable dent that a collision shop said was unlikley to be corrected by PDR. Yea! It was done beautifully! Thank you John.
I made an appointment for SAT OCT 11, 2025 online for an at Shop Appointment at 1:00pm & when I got there at 12:50pm no one was at the shop & the doors were closed, they didn't even call me to say no one was going to be there or to reschedule so I wasted 60 miles of driving (30 miles going to their shop & 30 miles back home). I waited at the shop in Escondido until 1:20pm & no one ever came. this was a terrible experience & i'd never recommend them!
Very happy with how they fixed my bumper! It had a massive dent / crushed in corner, and they were able to repair it quickly with their mobile service. Looks better than I expected. Also, the first company I requested a quote from said they couldn't do the job as it would require replacement parts... Dent Time was able to do it with no replacement parts. Thank you!
Big John worked magic on my trunk! I hated that my new car already had a dent and am very appreciative of Dent Time's expertise and service - back to 'new'! I am so glad that I called them before going into an auto body shop!
