Had a tree branch smack my car. Collision shop wanted $3,200...another collision said dent repair impossible, quoted $1,700. Had 2 ppl recommend this place so I rolled in as a last resort, said he could do it for $400, no hesitation. Couldn't be more impressed with the outcome considering what other businesses told me. This was a deep dent, and you'd have no idea it was ever there.
Highly recommend Bill at Dent Terminator. He is very friendly and professional and did a great job at getting my aluminum superduty back to its original condition! Very happy with the end result.
Highly recommend this company. Customer service was outstanding. Went the extra mile to make sure my truck came out perfect. Have black truck and it had multiple door dings on it and you can not find them anymore. Quick turn around time and just a wonderful experience...
I would highly recommend avoiding this shop. I got my car back with a chipped(in 2 places) taillight, broken bulb socket, brake light bulbs installed wrong, trunk carpet reinstalled very poorly(the plastic nuts to hold it in place were laying in the bottom of the trunk). When I called in to see what could be done he denied responsibility for the chips even though I have pictures proving otherwise. The only compensation he offered was to pay for the socket he broke.
