Highly recommend this company. Customer service was outstanding. Went the extra mile to make sure my truck came out perfect. Have black truck and it had multiple door dings on it and you can not find them anymore. Quick turn around time and just a wonderful experience...
I would highly recommend avoiding this shop. I got my car back with a chipped(in 2 places) taillight, broken bulb socket, brake light bulbs installed wrong, trunk carpet reinstalled very poorly(the plastic nuts to hold it in place were laying in the bottom of the trunk). When I called in to see what could be done he denied responsibility for the chips even though I have pictures proving otherwise. The only compensation he offered was to pay for the socket he broke.
Best job with the lowest expectations 👍🏽 I had a person open their car door onto my suv during a wind storm and left a huge dent. I went several weeks without doing anything about because of my frustration. I happened to encounter Bill and remember his company “Dent Terminator” from many years ago and lost touch. Bill picked up my suv and had it back the same day thinking I was going to be able to see the damage. Shocked to see nothing. I thought maybe a scratch but nothing and at a great price. Quality of work and service was excellent. The cost of the service was more than reasonable. The condition of the shop was immaculate, which indicates to me a professional operation. I would definitely recommend Dent Terminator.
