Picked up a brand new car 98 miles from St Pete with a door ding and contacted Andrew from the dealership to see if he could repair before I bought the car. He answered right away, I sent pictures and he quoted me a fair price and the dealer agreed to reimburse me once Andrew did the repair. 6 hours later the same day, Andrew met me at our condo, fixed the repair and it looks like the ding never happened.
