Terrible experiencia, dañaron mi camioneta la llevaron a un pésimo taller, hasta q fuimos a verla, la llevaron a otro, 5 semanas . Al entregarla la entregaron súper sucia con llave desprogramada, me dijeron q la llevara a la agencia q ellos pagarían, sigo detrás de ellos para que reembolsen, al quitar el techo de la camioneta para arreglar el daño de granizo desconectaron cables o dañaron la luz interior , todo con diagnóstico de agencia y no dan la cara ni responden llamadas . Worse place ever! My son was referred by progressive they scheduled him to bring his car in so we did. He calls to check on it after a week and a half. Told it would be another week. Call back after that we and was told all their workers went to Texas and they had no one to fix vehicles in Oklahoma. What the heck so my sons car sat there for TWO 1/2 WEEKS with them knowing no one was available to fix it! I had such high hopes from this place when I took my vehicle in after it endured hail damage. I had just bought my truck, brand new, and then a couple of weeks later we had a massive hail storm. That same day I filed my claim. The adjustor called a couple of days after, explained the process, sent me here. I came. They ran it through their XRay machine. They told me they would fix it!
