Crook..I've tried and tried to work with Richard but all he did was string me alone with giving me sad stories, bc my husband had just passed I was trying to get a few dents done, first he kept my car so long and when he returned my car it was horrible, he promised to make it right. IAM STILL WAITING now with no response...So if u have a problem get a lawyer asap
I have had my car serviced by Richard and his team twice and both times I had a stellar experience. He repaired my car and saved me over $600 just for my repair. Not only that, but Richard went above and beyond to deal with an unruly claimant whose repair I paid for. He spoke with her and insurance multiple times, going through the month-long process with me, which he did not have to do. Take these reviews with a grain of salt. Please take your car elsewhere if you want quality. I was given an estimate of 3-4 days when he actually took over a week. He provided excuse after excuse. I would have to initiate the communication to receive any updates on my car and he had the audacity to sound annoyed. The actual work done on my car was suboptimal. After going through this long explanation of how he had to get the correct paint color, when I received my car the paint still didn’t match. I’m still reeling from the most horrible car experience. NoW that my car is with a reputable repair shop we are finding more paint issues across the entire car that should never have occurred. The dent was in the drivers side down low- the paint overspray and damage is all oVER the car - on the hood, in the back and on the door handles. Debris is mixed in with sorry poor paint job and it looks like a child painted it with a dirty brush…. No exaggeration.
