They do great work, scheduling is easy and are very customer friendly. Chris and his team are easy to work with and offer warranty on their work. Prices are very reasonable too. Before and after pictures.
Do not book with this company - I had an appointment for over a month. A day before my appointment, they wanted to reschedule and instead of confirming a different date and time with me, they completely ghosted me and blocked my number. Completely unprofessional and insensitive, not taking into consideration the time, effort and financial resources people might have put into undertaking such an initiative. Classless.
I gave them a $250 deposit to order the parts of my bumper replacement ! Well over a month that they haven’t came to repair my car. And I’m still waiting !!. I’ve had about 5 appointments and they never show up!. I try messaging them because this is getting ridiculous and I get no response. I feel like I just got scammed out of $250 but they keep saying they have my car parts in storage yet don’t come to do the repair. I even offered to go to their location to make it easier. Asked for a refund and I get ignored as well.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! My dad passed away and I had them come to repair paint scratches on his beloved Corvette. It dried with an awful orange peel look that they said they would come back to repair. 3 no shows later and no way to reach them. All you get is an AI answering service that they ignore entirely-unless it’s new business. They have zero interest in making sure the job is done correctly. Very sad what they did to my dad’s car. They should be ashamed. Stay away!
