Just based on the quote process.. no. You call into a central hotline, where they will have someone else call, then they will text a link for you to go to a website and fill out a form. Was a bit much for my one dent. Then.. they wanted to use argument tone / language about how my dent required xyz. They were right, but arguing was not the way to gain my buisness. I ended up using another company that explained it and was professional about it.

Paul has earned a customer for life…Paul is a true professional.....I'm so happy with the job Paul did on my brand new Infinity that is less than 2 weeks old...I live over an hour from Paul's shop but I would do it again and again because of his craftsmanship and quality of work...I was so upset with the damage that happen to my brand new car but Paul reassured me it would be back to factory standards when he got finished with it...
