Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me Did this OBGYN treat you with respect? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes

I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics.
