My wife's 2013 Yukon was hit on the rear passenger door/window crease by a golf ball while on vacation at Hilton Head Island. Tim quoted me a very reasonable price before beginning the job and estimated that it would take half a day. He ended up working/fighting all day long on the tedious dent and was able to pull it out. He never changed his price due to the extra time and the results more than exceeded my expectations.
