They absolutely saved the weekend! A heavy wood working tool fell onto the Volvo leaving a dent. We were going to show the car at Cars & Coffee Rancho Santa Fe and at Wagonfest in LA at the Peterson Automotive Museum and couldn't show it like this. Mariela and the crew took care of it in time for the weekend! This car was imported from Japan last year and this color was not available in the US, but they were able to match it, and it looks great!
Someone hit my car a while back and I hit a curb and messed it up even more so I brought my car here to have the bumper reattached. They quoted me a very reasonable price and did a wonderful job! On top of that, they were extremely pleasant to communicate with- especially the front desk woman (I’m so sorry I forgot your name). If you need work done, this is the place!
One word, amazing! 17 year old Dodge truck with numerous door dings and a long shallow dent down the bed of the truck - all gone now! I'm very OCD when it comes to these things, and I'm totally impressed with their work. Mariela was great to deal with and a hard worker - she was actually out buffing a car when I first met up with her. I will be taking my other truck to her as well as my wifes Mini Cooper. 100% satisfied.
I called at least 5 different repair shops to do a minor front bumper repair in my car (my son had a minor mishap in college). I was asked to text a picture of the bumper to the shops and I got quotes from all the shops. I spoke to many shops after receiving the quotes and I got varying responses from needing a brand new bumper (bumper can't be repair) to "I can only give you a ballpark estimate" (it may be more when we take the bumper out to do the repair). I can't recommend Dent and Scratch Pro of Poway enough! My car's trunk lip got deeply scratched when the garage door closed while my trunk was open, and the metal bar scraped it badly. The first quarter of the scratch was deep enough to show white beneath the paint, while the rest went past the clear coat but wasn't as severe.
