I had an issue with my apartment and asked Director of Operations Melissa Christian to help me resolve it. Ms. Christian was very responsible and a pleasure to deal with. Ms. Christian called me the same day (after her work hours) to schedule a quick resolution of the issues. I rented an apartment at Fishersville, and the apartment was very nice. When my husband died suddenly of a heart attack I decided to move before my lease was up. Concerning breaking my lease, I was lied to and given inconsistent information. Phone calls were not returned and there was no empathy for a very traumatic time in my life. Because of this unbelievable lack of communication from the staff, I ended up paying more than I should have to break this lease.
