No, they were polite Did this general practitioner answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did this general practitioner answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while

Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Would you recommend this general practitioner to others? Yes

Some were answered Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating
