Super super super slow on 2nd shift at the 301 plant takes more then 2 hours normally to load/unload containers. Needs immediate attention from higher ups. 2nd shift possibly just needs a complete revamping with employees who wanna get work done and not just sit around and talk and do nothing. 302 on the other hand is awesome excellent work ethic and gets it done 301 should strive to be like 302

The testing is totally unreal. Not necessary for factory workers. Many subs like my wife are now looking for another job because subs do not have good benefits, no vacation and only 2 paid holidays. My wife's supervision want her to continue to test but she is hispanic and speaks good english but has a hard time reading and Denso will not put the test in Spanish. Wake up Denso before all you end up with are the smart but not the hard workers who never miss work.
A good place to work with great benefits.
After my son went through a traumatic event, the head of HR decided she knew what was best for our family and ignored a PROFESSIONAL counselors recommendation. The only options this she left were resign or immediately come back to work. She even admitted to never even looking at our FMLA paperwork. If you have a family, don't even bother with this place. They are morally bankrupt, and ethically devoid.
