Was driving home on the Tonkin Highway in heavy traffic through roadworks at 3:38pm on Thursday the 2nd of December. The driver of the vehicle with license plate 1HJD507 used the exit lane to speed up the inside of the traffic. This driver then cut straight infront of me aggressively, forcing his way into the traffic jam.
