I don't care what nobody say about Northshore Townhomes, i never had problems with rats, roaches or any other type of rodents, if you did you welcomed them into your apartment, i kept my place clean that's why i did not have those issues, i miss my apartment here but it was time to move on. i can only say good things about my north shore townhomes because i was a good tenant and did not fuck up the peoples property, i wasn't perfect but i wasn't nasty. they will work with you but they will make yo ass out of an example too. ... read more
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I lived here from June 2016- June 2019. In the span of these three years, I had bed bugs twice and had to throw away all of my stuff when I moved. I had packages stolen, and the people in the rental office were rude. When I turned in my notice in April that I was moving out in June ( Two months ahead of time) the lady at the front desk tossed my notice back in my face and told me that if she were in charge, she'd kick me out by the end of the month. the only thing I missed was... read more
Place has bedbugs. Your packages will get stolen. Staff doesn't give af about anything.
