Extremely poor property management. Never shovel snow on time. Always have to do it myself. Came back home today and spent one hour to shovel snow on my driveway. They increase the condo fee every year but never improve their service. What’s the point to pay such a garbage company that doesn’t do nothing.
The company is impossible to get ahold of when needing things done. Simple things have taken over 8months to get repaired. Seems nothing gets done without needing to bombard them with complaints.
The worst one there is. I don't even know why this company is still around.
They have no remorse for tenants and will not allow you to make late payments or arrange a payment date.
The after hours operator hung up on me mid sentence as I was trying to explain my issue with her. I had a Sasktel technician with me and we were both left without help. Very rude and unprofessional.
