Needed warranty, no help from them as per there long winded negative emails!! Offered to send them my receipts to help them out but they declined and said they don’t know what products they sold us?Then passes us on to the manufacturer. Just want to be treated with respect and get out windows warranted in a timely manor. I guess once a company makes a sale, your on your own!! We wanted to change some of the windows in our house and wanted to take advantage of the City of Saskatoon’s Home Energy Loan Program (H.E.L.P.). We spoke to three vendors and decided to go with Denovo Window and Door because their price was very competitive, and they were familiar with H.E.L.P., and were willing to work with the City. Great service.
Everyone was great from the estimate with Lindsay , remeasure with Chris the coordination on install with Claudia and the installation was fantastic! Before and after photos the one was one side complete the other not! Sure can see the difference.
