In my experience with my other current drs, they will either schedule a follow up before I leave or will reach out for a follow up when they get lab results. This office will not do that. They won’t even look for the results unless you specifically reach out and tell them. After weeks of waiting and not being told clearly this is their policy, I finally reached out and was told Dr Cheney was completely booked for in office and her only telehealth are at 5p.
