House is less than 3 years old and to repair roof an air conditioning unit. Had to have the house repainted. Now the back yard fence is having issues. Denova makes houses as cheaply as they can.
We are an owner of a DeNova home. Do I like our floor plan? Yes. Would I purchase another DeNOva home? No. Reason being, is very poor quality of construction. Our sliding patio door, has a problem with a build up of condensation. We didn’t know it until there was a change in weather. When we discovered it, I reported it to Denova. They still have not gotten back to us about it. It has now been 4 years. I even as much as paid a visit to their office. They assured me that it was in the process.
