As a new homeworker, the buyers journey is supposed to be positive and unique especially buying a new build home. Working with DeNova has been an absolutely NIGHTMARE and every homeowner in this development shares the same sentiment. This review is specifically for WestBridge Townhome rentals (though now I would never consider purchasing any of their constructions). This complex is managed HORRIBLY! Management is usually very UNTIMELY in their response to an inquiry. They only have one maintenance employee for SEVERAL properties, so you can imagine how long repairs take!
