Ugh. Huge corporation masquerading as a mental health provider. After giving them all my personal health information, DL info, and insurance information, they send a bland email the day before cancelling my appointment. No apology, no request to reschedule. I suspect I am a name in some database that uses AI to generate emails. Bedside manner has become a cold corporate feel where therapy is done online. I’ve been working with specialists at Denova for the past couple of years, providing case management, therapy, psychiatrist, outreach programs; etc. I’ve been able to find every resource through Denova that I’ve ever needed and the help has always been timely, treated with respect, and I have made huge strides focusing on my wellbeing with the help of them. I recommend this place to anyone that shares need for mental health. They have always gone above and beyond.

This company‘s billing department does not understand how to bill insurance for services rendered. I don’t know if it’s due to poor training, or just simply not understanding how the system works. I had to cut ties with them because I didn’t want to end up receiving a huge bill for services that were covered by insurance due to their in abilities to carry out their billing duties professionally.
