This company‘s billing department does not understand how to bill insurance for services rendered. I don’t know if it’s due to poor training, or just simply not understanding how the system works. I had to cut ties with them because I didn’t want to end up receiving a huge bill for services that were covered by insurance due to their in abilities to carry out their billing duties professionally.
Stay away from Denova! We’ve waited 2 months for a counselor and finally got setup. Now every time we have an appointment it’s only through zoom and the links don’t work! Both appointments we spent 30+ minutes fighting to get into meeting and they won’t send a room ID to enter or provide phone number to have a session. So extremely frustrating how much time we’ve wasted with this company! Just use the damn phone!

I have had an absolutely wonderful experience with this office. They have accommodated me with my crazy demands. I found out they had a surgery available in two weeks, and these wonderful workers have done EVERYTHING to get all prior authorization done as quickly as possible. The front office staff is so kind, keeping me in the loop and constantly communicating with me, going above and beyond to make sure I am aware of everything.
