I had a more than five star experience today when I bought a 2025 Ford Escape from DeNooyer Ford. Mikayla O. was an amazing salesperson. I have bought many Escapes over the years and Mikayla was the most efficient salesperson I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend her and her team. The paperwork was incredibly smooth and efficient. First she drove out with the car so that we had a shorter drive. Went to buy a used truck. Using KBB I was informed my truck was worth 4K less than market value . I understand they need to make money so expected it to be 2k less .. However, the truck they are selling (2015 f350 lariat dually black) in case you were wondering , on the same platform thy would have paid 24,500k for the trade. They are asking 29750 and will not budge(Has 2 accidents mind you). No big deal on my trade. Wasn’t really wanting to move it anyway….
