Just had my first experience with Denooyer Ford’s service department. I was thrilled to see they carry over the same level of service from their Chevy store to Ford. Jared was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’ll be back!
The team at DeNooyer Ford is always welcoming and helpful. They make the whole experience easy and pleasant, and you can really tell they care about their customers.
Me and my wife called on a used car from them. We had been told "everything was working perfectly on it". So we drove over a hour to test drive it, when we arrived the car wouldnt even start! We sat for a hour while they put a new starter in it so we could atleast test drive it. We took it for a test drive and the runners were broke ac/heat didnt work nor did the ac/heated seats or the tailgate and it was making a clicking sound randomly from the back of the car. Had a very good experience at Denooyer Ford! They are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. After having a bad interaction at Seelye the week prior, I found Denooyer’s pricing and customer service to be far superior!
