I just used DeNooyer Ford’s mobile service for an oil change on my 2022 Explorer. The mobile service came to my office and did a complete oil change and also changed my windshield wiper blades while I was able to work. The service is fast and the technician was very thorough. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend it to anyone that has a busy schedule! Fred G.
Austin did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. I was early for my appointment but the vehicle was ready shortly afterwards. Paperwork was ready in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely buy from them again in the future.
Great quality service and great communication with the dealership overall. Made the experience, timely and efficient. I was able to drop off my car and pick it up at my convenience. The next day once the service was completed.
Very professional and personable to their customers
Had the best experience when I stopped at DeNooyer Ford in Vicksburg last week. A sales person, Mikayla,immediately came out to assist me. She was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Even though they didn’t have the vehicle that I was interested in on the lot she was able to locate exactly what I wanted. She had it delivered to the Vicksburg location and I was able to pick it up the following day. Great job Mikayla!!
