:Update on my review. Ivan reached out the very next business day to address my complaint. After going over how things got messed up he redid the bill to what the quote was. I appreciate him in caring about the customer and addressing the problem. The situation was taken care of immediately. Thank you for your help and taking care of the customer. Got an appointment scheduled a couple weeks ago for March 18. March 17 called and updated them about what was going on with the car. Car had a new problem then previous stated. They said they canceled the loaner car so the original appointment on March 18 would have to be pushed out to March 31. Regardless of how the car got there you would think they would stay true to the original appointment time instead of trying to push it out because of canceling the loaner.
