This is a great little meat market. They have outstanding barbacoa, as well as red and green chili stew burritos, and tasty menudo. It's a family owned meat market and the father and sons are very personable and friendly. Always a great place to go for the best meay!
Went to pick up a 18 Pound Prime Rib
The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and polite but did not have any knowledge towards cuts I was asking for. He kept looking at a chart behind him trying to figure out what cuts like a Denver steak or a eye of round steak was. I settled and bought two steaks of his own creation that he didn’t have a name for and asked for a half slab of brisket.
