Terrible service. No one was in charge to explain their “social distancing” system. We waited for 45 minutes, were passed several times by other people arriving later than us (parties of 2 like us or more), the two hosts were clueless. Finally, we were seated at the bar and because we had waited for so long we just took it. It was awful. We were kept waiting they were either severely short staffed or the staff was apathetic towards the customers. We walked out after about 5 minutes of waiting in line. The hostess was rude and unengauged. The customers seemed to be a bother and unimportant to her. She did immediately pull people paying their bills to the front of the line then after they payed she walked off. Our hostess was the reason we left and will not that Deny's ever agian.
Well that was an experience. Tuesday morning, slow in the restaurant, but the waitress had an attitude from onset. We ordered, food came quick. French toast was dry and tasted rubbery. Bacon way over cooked. Waitress couldn’t bring it to us, she was on her personal phone. Our family has visited this location many times in the past and always had great food with great service. I'm not sure what happened yesterday but we decided to go there for lunch. It took so long for our food to get to our tables that our drinks had to be refilled twice. When I received my meal, the eggs were still raw and I had to send it back.
