tell your office girl lilly that if shes gonna talk negatively about your customers, to make sure that she hangs the phone up next time. unfortunately, for you, the next time we need our hvac worked on we will not being calling you do to your very unprofessional and childish office staff.

This is the best place to have service from or work for. Been in the industries for 44 years, been with Denny's here for over 10 years now, could not be happier. They treat there customers & staff like their own family.
My air conditioner at my restaurant has been out all week. I called on Monday and they said they would send out a service tech that day. No call, no show. Called again tuesday, they said they would send somebody out. No call, no show. I called again Wednesday and asked if there was a way to find out if someone could actually come out and they told me no, they are too busy to actually guarantee if anyone can show up
