I live in Madison Wi. and went to the Gammon Road Dennys. We were seated and waited for about ten minutes and our waitress finally came over and said I'll be right with you. There was a table next to us with a man and 2 women. Our waitress started talking to them and showing g pictures of her baby to them. I said to her we are r then she sateady to order and then she sat down with them and continued to talk to them. So we got up to leave and she never said anything to us. We visited your restaurant in Fall River, MA. One waitress for entire restaurant. Seating people, waiting and bussing tables and cashing people out. UNACCEPTABLE. 1 hour to ger our breakfast. RIDICULOUS.
I ate the French toast combo plate. I ate at the 160 W. Valley CA Dennys and I was very pleased with the service that Alejandra provided. She was very professional, kind, and provided excellent service with a smile. I will definitely be returning to this location.
Ordered breakfast using the Denny's app. They outsource deliveries to Door Dash. The driver got "lost" and the manager at 6969 Gulf Freeway, Houston TX 77087 location, says that's my problem, not theirs. At this point, just gimme my refund. Your company lost a customer for good.
