Waited 25 minutes for a milkshake tonight at the North East, MD location. So I walked up to the server and said, “excuse me? Are you still able to make that shake for me?” And she told me to, “read the room” because she’s busy. It’s not the first time she was disrespectful to me after ordering a shake. “Amanda S” should find a new job if she can’t handle taking care of two tables and a milkshake to go.
Big props for selling to a private equity firm. Make Denny's great again buy closing up shop by next year.
Yesterday I stopped at Pilot 482 for fuel and to eat at Denny’s like I always do. To my surprise there was only an old lady serving the table. I ask the lady if the wait was going to be long and she told me anywhere from 2 to 30 minutes. I waiting 35 minutes playing with other my cell and resting. When the food finally arrived to my table the food looked like a pool of oil, the hash browns were drown in oil, my eggs were drown in oil, my bacon and sausage were down in oil.
