Down home service I stopped in after a kd concert in Bloomington. It was around 2 a.m. and I was tired but still wanting to talk. Lady in charge - Beth I think her name was, was very good at lending an ear. As someone from a small town, I didn't expect that from "city restaurant". Oh, endless pancakes were awesome too. Piping hot and at my table in record time. Makes me wish I lived closer to visit more often.
Kids eat free Tues & Saturdays If you're on budget, this is a great place to take the kids on Tuesday or Saturday evenings since they eat free! The menu items include things that kids enjoy and on our latest visit the waitress brought the kids some powder that made their water turn different colors. The only drawback for me is that sometimes you can smell the smoke from their smoking section in their non-smoking.
Questionable service It was a Tuesday morning during the summer when I arrived for breakfast. The sign said "Please wait to be seated." While I waited, some of the regulars took it upon themselves to walk passed me and seat themselves. I still waited. Not very long. The only waitress available seated me at a booth before wiping it down, then left to tend to other patrons. I was left without a menu for quite some time, until the manager himself gave one to me. One Of The Better Denny's I've Been To Although I'm not a fan of Denny's, sometimes nothing tastes better than breakfast after midnight! This Denny's is actually of the better ones I've been to, not that they are much competition, but this one at least seems to be clean and has friendly, attentive servers.
Denny's Classics Used Cars is honest. I do not know about Denny's Classic car's but I do know Denny and you couldn't meet a more kind and honest person. I would highly recommend his shop due to his integrity.
Great family restaurant Going to the retro Denny's is always a treat. Service is fast and friendly. The food is always good and the staff isn't afraid to chat a bit and offer recomendations. Prices are very reasonable and the place is always very clean.
Denny's Antioch, CA This is a busy location on some days. They do however have a very friendly staff. The food is very good but I feel the service is a bit slow. It is always clean and presentable.
