This guy Denny just called me to yell at me cause he didn’t like my land lord. Instead trying to work with me directly to get my dishwasher fixed. He was with out a doubt the rudest most short sighted person I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I had nothing to do with his foul mood but he took it out on me anyways. Do not do business with him he has zero respect for women and no concern for someone in need.
I’ve been very happy with Denny’s service for years. He has come to our home countless times to work on the same dryer which blows fuses continually. Today was the first time that he’s come since COVID-19. We thought that it was silly to ask him about wearing a mask since it is mandatory for face-to-face service, but mostly because he is a very neat and tidy individual. Seems like everyone else had a good experience with them, and the person who answered my call was really pleasant. I have an issue with my dryer and was told “I don’t come to Hughesville. More than enough work in Williamsport”. It’s not like I called and asked for someone to come for free, I planned to pay for the work. Just seems like something that should be made clear on the website or Facebook page that the only area serviced is Williamsport, as i think most people consider Hughesville/Muncy etc to be part of the William... read more
RecommendedFast response and he figured out the issue with my washer very quickly. Had it back up and running in 15 minutes. He was also kind enough to show me that another part of my washer is going bad, that is not repairable and I need to start planning for a new one.
What an amazing experience with getting our dryer fixed? We have never had more excellent worker in our home. Although our dryer presented a difficult issue, Denny never gave up and pursued til he resolved our issue. Cannot say enough good things about this excellent service!
Fixed my 20 year old Gas Dryer. Came next day to check it out. It needed a couple parts. Very quick service and reasonable price. Will use this guy for all my appliances...Dryer works like the day we bought it...
