This Dennys is habitually understaffed. The hostess is the busser which means tables never turn over and they’re all dirty. They have like 2 servers for the entire restaurant on a Sunday brunch time. And to top it off, it was probably 76 degrees in the restaurant. Their staff has to be miserable. And it’s depressing to walk into that environment.
Excellent service and great customer care
The manager (paco) was awesome! Before I walked in the door he was already ready to seat me and take my drink order. Food came out super quick and was very delicious and packed with flavor. Love coming here whenever I get the chance!
We were greeted promptly by a friendly smile. We sat at the bar and Donna waited on us. The food was A1 and were even helped by another server Emily passing by. The experience changed my mind and Waffle House is now off the menu and dennys will be our go to. This location and Donna will bring us back.
