My wife asked for over medium eggs with a specialty slam. They were overcooked like rubber, almost burnt. The meal came with hash browns per the menu, but she didn't get any, and when she asked the waitress about it she went to the kitchen and was told it didn't come with the meal, but another person in our party ordered the same meal and they received hash browns.
