The food was not the best but the waitress was very friendly.
this whole store is getting one star review based off of one item. I paid six dollars for onion rings and got a total of five onion rings. follow up, sandwich was missing avocado, food was all lukewarm. Really disappointing experience, will not be ordering again
I went to the Utica Denny's earlier this week. The experience was very bad. Up until the new staff from Herkimer came to the store the food, service and experience was very good. With the new staff everything has gone downhill. I placed an order and it was made wrong. I asked the wait staff to correct it and it still was not cooked properly. I have been a regular customer at this Denny's for years. Never had a bad experience until the new staff started there. I will not be be going to this Denny's anymore.
