The 2 stars are for the friendly lady waitress who welcomed us, but she was replaced by hispanic guy that was not suitable to service customers in Irvine area (maybe "some other" areas). Throwing a stack of napkins instead of placing them nicely on customer's table is not the "standard" here in Irvine & I believe everywhere else.
