I went in around midnight and placed a pickup order for an apple crisp. After I paid, I was told the oven was being cleaned until 2 AM and they wouldn’t be able to make it. I asked for a refund, but was told only the manager could process refunds—and she wouldn’t be in until 7 AM. I asked if I could get something else instead, but was told everything required baking.
