Though the service was good, the food was COLD, one of our orders was incorrect. And instead of them remaking banana pancakes, they removed the strawberries with syrup and put bananas on top and the strawberry syrup was still on it. I tried getting the pancakes warmed, they kept coming back with cold pancakes. But eventually they just made me fresh pancakes. And they were delicious.
I ordered from The Melt Down kitchen inside this location and this is what I found inside my cup or ice tea !! order date Fri Jan 16 2026 at 1130am, 2 Giddy Up Melt - Combo to me and my colleague at work though Uber eat !!!
Clean restaurant , excellent service & Juan the manager & staff is very professional. Definitely will visit again
