I was really disappointed with my visit to this location. I was quoted a 15-minute wait for a table, but the hostess completely skipped over my name on the list. After waiting for over an hour with no updates, I was still not seated, and the lack of communication was incredibly frustrating. I ended up leaving without being served. I hope management addresses how they handle the waitlist to prevent this from happening to other guests.
Food was good, service was good. I was surprised we were literally the only people there at 5:30 pm on a Tuesday.
Crystal was great. Give her a raise immediately. Promote her to manager!!!! Best service!!!
