Let me save everyone some time: IT HASN’T OPENED YET (1/17/26). The space itself has been vacant and boarded up ever since IHOP moved out almost 3 years ago. They finally began construction on the building (for Denny’s) in mid 2025, but — despite the erroneous (sus? 👀) reviews on here saying otherwise — it remains boarded up and is being worked on.
