We stopped here at noon on Sunday. Promptly ordered a nacho appetizer that took 50 minutes. The kitchen completely failed at making our food. Expeditor was clueless & management was nowhere to be found. The poor waitress was weeded & did not have help. Manager on duty needed to be helping kitchen staff & getting food out. We stopped here to have our little kids experience Denny's for the first time. What a poor representation of Denny's, complete failure
Had an unfortunate experience last night after making an ubereats order. I went to grab the food, but there was no one at the counter. Not a big deal, so I asked one of the staff if it was fine to take the food because I didn't know if they had to verify it with me or not, which was given a rude response "Its a doordash order ain't it?" So I took the food and got in my car but noticed there weren't any utensils, so I went to ask for some. This place's entire staff team are the absolute LAZIEST and DISRESPECTFUL people I've ever had to deal with. Especially the night shift crew. How is a restaurant that has a late night burger special on door dash and Uber eats, seems to NEVER have burgers? Had a nice experience. Food was great. Younger adults were there being silly but not disruptive. Not jam packed with people. Servers were fast and friendly. Definitely coming back.
