Went in this morning, 8/10. Was seated quickly, order was taken fairly quickly but then my family sat and waited and waited and waited, over 25 minutes, for the sandwich and the other breakfast plate we ordered. There were several other tables where people had ordered before us that still didn't have the food. The whole time we're there the manager was sitting at a counter doing nothing to help the kitchen staff get the food out to the customers. My husband and I were on our way to the ER due to an allergic reaction and stopped here at 4 am to eat before checking in. The cook was absolutely terrible at everything he did! We were the ONLY people in the restaurant and it took over 30 minutes to get a biscuit & gravy and fried potatoes. When our server gave him the order, I watched him shake his head, "yes" and then turn around to play on his phone. me and my family came into Denny's today. the service was great! the food was good. the place was clean and the experience we had was just what we needed. thank you Denny's Very attentive.
