If i could give a zero star rating I would! This is by far the worst dennys! Service is horrible, its not very often when they have all the product they offer on the menu, ordered door dash this time and they didnt hive me part of my order my mac n cheese to be exact, not didnthey five me any sauces i ordered, nor did i get the sauce i paid for for the cinnamon roll pancakes. I just wokt be ficing them anymore of my money
Food is barely ok. A couple of people in our party got a stack of pancakes that came out cold. Couldn't even spread the butter in them because they were so cold. My sandwich was supposed to be made with shaved/sliced ham, instead it was made with ham steak. The restaurant has a weird smell IMO. It's ok, but could very easily be better.
From the start, the hostess who seated us was extremely rude, acting as if we were a burden rather than welcomed guests. After finally being seated, we sat for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us before our drink orders were taken. When the coffee arrived, it was cold, and worse—the cups and utensils were visibly dirty. That alone was enough to raise serious concerns about cleanliness.
