My waitress was such a nice woman. She made me feel welcome.
They don't allow you to place an order over the phone, only online, and if your ordering online you have no option to ask for no butter or milk, no customization at all. Poor system that essentially turns away customers.
The pancakes are great! The service has gone downhill. The food other than the pancakes is OK at best. Cleanliness is not always good. The waits can be long.
