can't get seated even though tables available. they said the waitresses have to catch up. people complaining about waiting for their food. nope....we left.
RecommendedVery good come to Denny’s galveston
We went into this restaurant while visiting Galveston. We got there and a very tall and very rude gentleman took at least 20 minutes to get our drink orders. When he finally came to get our food order his phone kept ringing. After several calls he actually answered while taking our order and walked away without hearing our complete order. Needless to say we walked out immediately angry and hungry.
the 45 min wait to get our food, which came out cold and made wrong was bad, but the inability of management to do his job was worse, his excuse was that they were short handed, but kept seating more and more tables, we left without eating, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, i wouldn't feed my worst enemy that food
