The property is now under new management. Before it was Marathon properties. They were hard to work with especially during covid. Also to mention the fact that when the garage got broken into and it was my car that got smashed they blamed my family for it and even questioned why my son (who is half Asian and who went to school all morning and worked half of the night) was coming in and out of the complex at midnight. Building manager named Chris was unprofessional and unhelpful and rude.
The only good part about this place is that the area is nice and quiet part of capitol hill. But the property manager has a stick up his a** and constantly sounds annoyed
Pros: - The place is nice and relatively new with good appliances - Not too loud at nights Cons: - There is a weird house next door where I suspect illegal activity is happening (can't be sure) - Chris Pipes the landlord was very annoying and difficult to work with. Maintenance requests would take very long to "fix" (the fixes were just poor temporary jobs). The landlord would also take a long time to returns calls and emails and seemed like he didn't care. - The apartment is too expensive for the space and the area that you... read more
