I know times are challenging but I waited for an hour for a seat as larger parties were seated before me that walked in after me. It was also hot as balls in there. I informed the manager and walked across the street to Saltgrass.

We stood there and waited to be seated for over 20 mins due to the hostess also having to take money. 2 other groups left. They were not short handed as I saw several other workers just hanging out AND no one communicated with the customers who were waiting...as we were not told a wait time or even apologized to.
