Great experience buying my new car! I had been looking for a new Honda HRV with specific features. I looked online all over the Northwest and was so happy to find that the exact color and features I was looking for was at Denny Menholt University Honda in Missoula, close to home. I test drove the car with Elijah Pedersen, sales person, and enjoyed the car. I had the best car buying experience here. I was browsing their website and saw a car I was interested in so I sent a email, shortly after Chris got ahold of me to answer any questions I had, and set up my test drive. At the dealership Elijah was my salesman and he did an awesome job. I spent only 2 hours there and left with my dream car, that is reliable and is much more roomie for my kids! They are running a special right now too. It’s great time to go get a new ride.
Took my car in to the service department. Had an appt that I scheduled the week prior. Showed up and my service attendant was Mark, Mark seemed very annoyed that I drove a ford. Was cursing while taking photos and getting the VIN off my car. Was very rude and was not attentive or informative at all. I was there a total of 4 hours and he didn’t come check or update me one time.
