0/5 stars. This maintenance department has no moral integrity and there are many safety concerns. I had them complete my recommended 60,000 mile maintenance (for Honda CRV owners, you know this list is extensive and expensive to do). However as my first new car, I wanted to do everything possible to make my vehicle last so I let them perform the recommended maintenance. When adjusting the valves, they threw off the timing chain. The whole team there are top notch. Jason Bonnette and Paul Rosato in the sales department have always been especially friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Andy in the service department went above and beyond, turning a normal oil change into a real customer service experience for me.
