As an active-duty military service member, I expect honesty, professionalism, and safety when dealing with any vehicle service. My experience with this dealership was the opposite and honestly, dangerous. I brought my Honda in to have a specific part replaced. I was never informed that they installed a non-OEM (aftermarket) part something I only discovered after moving to another state, where a certified Honda dealership inspected my vehicle and warned me that the part was incompatible and unsafe for my car.
