Very helpful employees!
Overall a frustrating experience. I brought the car in to have a tire patched. I had attempted to put the spare tire on but there were anti theft (i.e., anti-owner) lug nuts on the wheels and I was never provided a key when I purchased the vehicle. I spoke with a manager in the service department about this, noting that this could be a serious safety issue that effectively negates the use of the spare tire.
