Great experience with Denny Menholt Nissan. I had an issue during my first visit that was frustrating, especially with living a couple hours away, but Kevin really stepped up and made it right. He took the time to understand the situation and handled it in a fair and professional way. That level of customer service goes a long way. Really appreciate Kevin and the way he took care of things—would definitely come back again.
Staff is always very friendly and efficient and they always keep you advised of how maintenance is progressing. The customer lounge is top notch, and the entire facility is always very clean.
I don't even consider going anywhere else
