Came in to get bids on several vehicles and was directed to the used car manager. I was refused the opportunity to even sit down or discuss the vehicles because he said he had more important meetings. The interaction was hostile, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was told I’d get a call back, but I never heard anything. I expected basic courtesy and professionalism, and unfortunately I didn’t receive either.
I have nothing but great things to say about this place! I had never bought a car before, so the whole experience was pretty stressful. After being treated poorly at another Ford dealership, I honestly didn’t even want to step foot in another dealership again.
