UPDATE to the original post it’s now been 7 months since this car was in the shop. I got it back from them for a day and had to return it because it was shaking so bad they told me its engine vibration and now they have to take it back it part and should have it back in a few weeks. I had to buy another vehicle from someone else because this one has been in the shop with them longer than I’ve actually been able to drive it. Update!! Just got my oil changed from a different place for the first time. This place has never changed any filter, even though i paid to do so several times! My car is 3 years old and the engine filter has not been changed at all. Total sabotage of my car!! Just been trying to get my car fixed for the last couple months..... last call from denny menholt ford was in December.... mind you, have had an oil change since then still no call back about getting my bumper fixed
