Took my engagement ring to get resized, as I've done business with this Denneys in the past. Love that they resize it local and don't send it off to get lost in the mail. Super quick turn around, esp with no upcoming holidays. Staff was so kind and gentle with my jewelry and even cleaned up my other rings while I visited. Highly recommend.
I should have read the reviews previous to shopping here. Talked with them about a special order ring. They gave an estimate of 2-3 weeks. After a month and a half I called for a status update. I understand things happen and can take a while, was just genuinely curious. But not only were they super rude on the phone, they also had no record of the information. My fault for not knowing, but shitty business practice. Weight different kt of gold all at once, should have gotten way more money for the weight of gold I gave and kt due to the worth of gold right now. Don’t try to sell your shit here.
Denny’s is absolutely amazing. I shopped around Springfield and found the people at Dennys to be the best to work with. They were friendly, patient and kind. On top of that their prices were the best around. I was blown away with how willing they were to work with me to find exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend them!
