Bad place There were lots of cars in the lot but they were primarily all the same. I was hassled by the salesman to purchase a car so I didn't stay there very long. I also know one of the salesman and he doesn't like to work there very much.
denny hecker of roseville tried to rip me off i saw a car i liked on autotrader and went to go look at it, i told them i was coming and the car was out front when i pulled in. i asked about my trade in, the SALESPERSON looked at it and said i would get about $500, kbb trade in value $1700. so there was my quote as decided by the SALESPERSON. so i take the car for a test drive and ask the guy how much the car costs(i already knew the price from autotrader but thought maybe they slashed the price to sell it faster) the guy rep... read more
Scam artists hang out Evidentally when you get hired at Denny Heckers Stillwater location you should know how to scam. I was a young woman and they hopped all over me. I was hassled and nearly taken in a few hours. Lucky for me I had smarts and ended up ripping them off on the vehicle sale - seeing that not even a day after I bought my explorer.. they had my old one sold. I am lucky that I had the upper hand. My best suggestion is to stear clear of these guys.
A car dealer in the true sense of the word - don't trust When I went to Denny Hecker's Stillwater Ford, I was desperate to get a car and had to do it that way. They saw me coming and took full advantage of my lack of experience/knowledge in this area and my desperate situation. The rep seemed honest, but the finance people were ruthless.
