I'm a week and a half overdue on my "loaner" car and they have repeatedly told me that my car would be done today. Every time I call them, it's in "detailing"... So I walk there. I walked there from Crystal City and found my car to be a complete mess (so much for detailing) and they're "missing parts, should be finished in the morning" Yeah, like it would be done last Friday, this morning, this afternoon, and now tomorrow? I guess we'll see. Meanwhile I'll borrow somebody else's car for another day.
