We are very happy with our addition (an owners suite over an existing 1 car garage), 2 remodeled bathrooms, and other minor things that fit into the job (siding, stair railing, garage door).The overall project took about 1 year with actual construction taking 5 months. We had the pleasure of working with Mike and his team on a couple of remodeling projects in our home, and the spaces they created have truly become our favorites. They brought great ideas, strong attention to detail, and a truly talented team. We worked with Denny and Gardner to renovate our three full baths. I have only positive things to share! Kait, the designer, was a dream to work with! She instantly understood the look we were going for and chose incredible options. Bob, the project manager, is top notch! I can't say enough great things about the team at Denny and Gardner. From the ownership, to the Project Managers, to the Designer (Kait), everyone is top notch, super knowledgeable, and friendly. This is the second time that I have used D&G, and always a success/happy customer! Keith, our PM, was very communicative which I so appreciated. Our kitchen remodel is beautiful and was completed on-time and on-budget!
We enjoyed working with Denny & Gardner on our kitchen, bath, and basement renovation. They have truly improved our home in ways we didn't know were possible. From design through construction it was a pleasant experience (esp. bc we were out of the home during demolition!); we always felt like a valuable partner and felt that they had our best interests at heart. I would whole-heartedly recommend them to others looking to improve an older home that's in need of some love!
