Affordable apartments with a lot of decent local restaurants. Neil and the staff were great, always friendly and willing to help.
Overall, relatively great value. Charming with high exposed beam ceilings and walls, brick, Juliet balconies, nicer appliances and free storage units and parking garage. Tenants are friendly, diverse, and location is convenient to public transit. Walls are a bit thin, but not so much so that I find it to be more than an infrequent inconvenience.
